Anyone that claims they can control humidity with only a refrigeration system probably has a bridge they will sell you cheap too.

There are ways of controlling humidity without the need of a purpose built wine cellar cooler.

Traditionally, the wick method.

I know people who use a evaporative cooler in summer to bring humidity up.

You can also buy a humidifier from Fondis and pair that up with a split system.

Every cellar is different, and we are all in different parts of the world. What works for you, might not work for someone else etc.
