Important Notice - CellarSensor Service Ending 12/31/2011

December 1, 2011

Dear CellarSensor Customers,

Sam and I regret to inform you that the CellarSensor service we have offered for the past 6 years will be discontinued at the end of the year on Dec 31, 2011. The principal investors in the business are unable to make ongoing technology investments to upgrade hardware and software as required to provide the level of ongoing service and reliability you deserve and expect from CellarSensor.

We understand many of you rely on our services to protect some of your most prized and valued collections and we explored a number of alternatives to continue to provide service without success. Here are answers to key issues you may be concerned about:
• Billing – As of November 15, 2011, all recurring monthly billing was discontinued and you will see no further charges for our services to your accounts on file
• Historical Data – You can login to our website thru 12/31/2011 and download the last 365 days of data. If you need more data for your records, please reply to this e-mail with your request and we will download all of your data for you and make it available between 12/31/2011 and 1/15/2012
• Account Info – Our servers will be decommissioned on or after 12/31/2011. Please download any data, photos, & content you need from our systems prior to this date. Your accounts and any personal information will be securely deleted from our systems as we shut down the service
• Existing hardware – Your current hardware will continue to operate. It will measure temperature and humidity which you can continue to access from your local network by launching the CellarSensor Setup Utility and browsing to the IP address of your CellarSensor base station. Our servers will not accept data from your device once they are taken offline and you will no longer be able to access real-time information remotely and you will not receive e-mail, phone, or SMS alert notifications beyond 12/31/2011.

To our knowledge, there are no other wine industry specific service providers offering a consumer grade service to replace CellarSensor on the market, but there are alternatives you may want to consider to replace CellarSensor come year end. We currently have no business relationships with the companies listed below and therefore will be unable to offer advice or setup assistance with replacement solutions. We encourage you to contact your cellar builder or the Wine Enthusiast and inquire about the La Crosse Wireless Temp & Humidity Online Alert System. More information can be found here:

Sam and I sincerely appreciated your business over the years and while we are deeply disappointed to deliver this news from our investors, we will be here to provide as much support as possible thru the end of the year and we look forward to seeing you all around the wine community.

Thanks,
Chris Womack on behalf of
